"The room size is great. The cleanliness is well maintained. The hotel lobby also gives us a comfortable feeling."

"My room was stylish, but very small. There was no writing desk or workspace. The only storage drawers are under the bed. The bathroom is well appointed with a shower, but access to it is only through narrow doors that open against the bed. The bed is comfortable. The room is quiet. Sunday breakfast in the dining room would have cost €33, so I chose to eat elsewhere. The dinner menu is adequate but not exceptional."

"Great stay at this hotel. Convenient location right next to the train station which is necessary for tourists wanting to be deeper in the city center. Room was clean and quiet, perfect amount of space and nice view. The open concept shower was interesting but glad the toilet was in a separate room with a door."

"Liked the excellent location near the Opera House and other major attractions. The large room with two beds is also a positive point. The staff helpful, and attentive. The negative points are three : the bad illumination at the elevators and the hall in front of them. Its too dark. One cannot forget that this is a classy hotel and not a suspicious night club. The breakfast at the week end was poor mainly with few choices of fresh fruits. Disgusting was when at the check out the porter called a taxi for the airport and the price was much above the normal fare. Despite asked the driver didn't use the meter. Porter scam with taxi drivers ???"
