Entire private villa in elegant Mediterranean style with magnificent views of the Sardinian sea and the surrounding hills, new private infinity pool, solarium and large flowered Mediterranean garden which guarantees an excellent level of privacy. The villa is located in an area of elegant Mediterranean-style villas with large gardens, called Eden Rock, protected by an entrance bar and security guard. Villa recently and completely renovated with fine finishes, such as precious marble and Sardinian-Mediterranean furnishings and entirely with air conditioning. Large porch with lounge and dining area with magnificent sea view to enjoy your lunches, aperitifs and dinners. Further large terrace with seating area, overlooking the sea and garden pool. The infinity pool, also equipped with counter-current swimming, presents a breathtaking sea-view. The solarium is equipped with 6 sunbeds and a large umbrella and 2 showers with hot water. The garden and pool area can be illuminated at night to enjoy the wake of the moon on the sea.
The large garden has a large green lawn with part in the sun and part shaded from which you can enjoy the sea and relax in the greenery.
White and fresh interiors, with green references like the surrounding nature, fill the rooms and make the villa one with the surrounding area. Large living room with magnificent veranda overlooking the sea and large dining table and flat screen TV. The new kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer and toaster.
Three beautiful double bedrooms with large wardrobes and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. From 2 of the 3 bedrooms you can enjoy the sea view. The third bedroom has a view of the garden, surrounding mountains and sunset.
At the back of the villa, a beautiful barbecue area, equipped also with sink and oven. A separate laundry room with washing machine is available.
