- The villa stands on a plot of 1800 square meters independent. in a new subdivision sunny private villas located in Domus De Maria, just 5 km. from the beautiful beaches of Chia. Spectacular view on an amphitheater of hills in the pristine Mediterranean.
With a large garden made with native species in harmony with the landscape, green lawn area with sun loungers and outdoor shower with hot water. Maximum privacy and tranquility.
The villa has two double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a sofa bed in the basement and can accommodate up to 8 people.
The premises are equipped with mosquito nets.

Furniture and lighting modern and refined for design lovers. Beds, mattresses and pillows are made of bio-materials for a sleep qualità.I bathrooms are spacious, with large sinks with suspended sanitary and showers cm. 80x120 and 90x90 round the ground floor to the first floor.
