Because of the slow internet, I wanted to cancel my stay, but they wouldn't let me do so without forfeiting all my money. "I spent almost a month at this hotel which was clean, comfortable, convenient to the beach, and the restaurant served good food. But the real gems were the staff. Everyone was over the top nice and helpful but two people deseve special recognition. I needed so much help with documents for my visa and Melis was more helpful and efficient than a personal assistant! I am so grateful to her. And Guler, the housekeeper on my floor took such good care of me! These ladies were so amazing and are the reason I will go back to this hotel whenever I visit Antalya. "

"The room was tiny — fine for two people, but not suitable for four. Only a hob was available for cooking; there was no microwave. The fridge freezer was large, though. Getting hot water from the shower was a matter of luck. There was an Irish pub right around the corner — very loud in the evenings. The room was cleaned upon request without any problem. Free laundry facilities were available. The beautiful beach was about a 10-minute walk away, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Public transport was also not far from the property."

"Terrible experience – avoid this hotel I had a very disappointing stay at Aspendos Hotel. The room was in unacceptable condition: dirty, with broken furniture, malfunctioning lights, and a strong smell of dampness. The kitchen was barely equipped – missing basic utensils like plates and cutlery. Worst of all, the window didn’t close properly, so I couldn’t sleep due to constant noise from the pool area. I raised these issues with the hotel staff and manager multiple times, but they refused to help. They told me all rooms are the same unless I pay extra. I also contacted Expedia, and although they tried to reach the hotel, the management didn’t cooperate. Eventually, I had no choice but to leave the hotel early."
