"I booked a room with a balcony I didn't get. The bed mattress gave me severe back pain. The mattress is unbearable hard.
No one speaks English.
Smell of sewage throughout.
Dirty pool area.
No English TV channels.

"I enjoyed staying here. We are backpacking and not wanting to spend too much but we had our own rooms, a kitchen, laundry, and free breakfast everyday. The rooms were clean, shower warm, we had air conditioning which was a bonus! The staff communicated very well with us and made our stay comfortable, I would recommend to others. I did have earplugs which came in handy as we were near a mosque and the chanting was loud at around 4-5am. "

"Clean room, Amazing sea view, we had small proble with the air conditioner but they fix it immediately. Staff is helpful and professional. Pool and cafes are nice. Food is diverse. Spa didn't try it. Alot of activities basketball,football, Table tennis, tennis. Beachfront is good, service also good.
Shuttle bus to land of legends is available. A La Carta resturant i tried Sense, food was delicious nice atmosphere. A small problem is that there are alot of cats annoying while eating. But the staff tried many times to get rid of them.
If i can add something to the hotel i would add Billiard Tables.
Overall the hotel is perfect i would definitely come back. "

"We had an amazing time at Hotel SU - the whole team were so friendly and accommodating. They exceeded our expectations and ensured we had the best experience - the staff at Hotel SU always went out of their way to help us. For example, whenever we needed milk for our toddler - they always provided it at the perfect temperature at no additional cost to us.
The breakfast buffet had so many options to choose from - you’re literally spoilt for choice! The hotel is in a great location - plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant is also amazing - they have so many options for dining and room service too. The pools were great and they have plenty of activities for children too. This is a family-friendly hotel and we would love to come back again in the future. Thank you to everyone at Hotel SU!"

"Staff were kind but we had a mishap on the first day. They needed to put us up in a lower tier hotel. You’ll need to manage expectations if you’re used to Mexico style all inclusives. Otherwise the food was decent. The gym was bare bones. English is not a dominant language. Worth staying if you’re in Antalya for whatever purpose. The process of obtaining a beach towel is a bit absurd, requiring a 10 Euro deposit. Beach area was a bit far from the hotel complex but a pleasant walk in any case by the boardwalk. Location is probably the best in the city. It’s about a 5 minute taxi to the old city or a 35-40 min walk along the boardwalk."
