"I booked a room with a balcony I didn't get. The bed mattress gave me severe back pain. The mattress is unbearable hard.
No one speaks English.
Smell of sewage throughout.
Dirty pool area.
No English TV channels.
Coffee terrible undrinkable.
Breakfast basic. Nothing great.
Didn't order food. As wasn't sure who was cooking or if they were a chef. No shelves in bathroom to put anything.
Echos noise all night from reception watching TV.

"This property was a great find. The unit was very well taken care of and perfect for a larger group and if traveling with children. The staff were very helpful and available to assist around the clock.
The pool area is a major bonus. I highly recommend and would return again. "
"I enjoyed staying here. We are backpacking and not wanting to spend too much but we had our own rooms, a kitchen, laundry, and free breakfast everyday. The rooms were clean, shower warm, we had air conditioning which was a bonus! The staff communicated very well with us and made our stay comfortable, I would recommend to others. I did have earplugs which came in handy as we were near a mosque and the chanting was loud at around 4-5am. "

"I have had the best stay at Bonnie City Hotel. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices to pick from. The location is very central and within walking distance of the old town, yet it is in a very quiet and safe area. The staff were inclusive, professional, friendly, kind, and polite. I would especially like to give a lot of credit to the two waitresses working in the restaurant, they are very hardworking and doing a great job"

"We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Downtown Antalya and were very satisfied with the overall experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to assist us. Service was consistently attentive, whether at reception, restaurants, or by the pool. The hotel is spotless, and housekeeping kept our room fresh and comfortable every day.
The facilities are excellent for both adults and children — multiple pools, easy access to the beach, and the added bonus of a free shuttle to Land of Legends. Our little one especially enjoyed the kids’ club and play areas. The variety of food and drinks was impressive, with plenty of options to suit different tastes, and the evening entertainment added a nice touch to our stay.
The location is also ideal, close to Konyaaltı Beach and just a short ride to Antalya’s Old Town. We highly recommend this hotel to families or anyone looking for a mix of relaxation and fun.
