"We’ve just returned from a wonderful Easter stay at Domes Lake Algarve Autograph Collection Hotel and were genuinely impressed throughout. From arrival, the reception team — Francisco, Miguel, Francisca and Nadia — were warm, professional and welcoming. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, with all staff providing friendly, attentive service, in particular Mona and Margarida alongside a great selection of food. We spent a lot of time at the pool bar and restaurant, where Helder, Pedro and Samuel created a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere with excellent service. The beautiful Acosta beach restaurant was another standout, with Ricardo, Valdir, Paulo and Jessica delivering a superb dining experience in a stunning setting. What really stood out was the consistency — every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional and a true asset to the Domes brand. "Apartment 622 at Solar do Golfe was clean and modern with everything needed for a self catering stay. Pool is lovely, grounds well kept and very peaceful, however, you need mattresses for the hard sunbeds but the owners had hidden these in the loft space. Communication about checking in was really poor, we arrived on Sunday so the office was closed (no information to tell us this) - check in was via the security guard - a piece of paper stuck on his cabin window was all that told us that we should check on here! Expedia listing said toiletries are provided.. nothing except a tiny bit of washing up liquid and toilet rolls are provided. "
