  • Located in the heart of the Hameau de La Rémigeasse, just 200 m from one of Oléron’s most beautiful beaches, the holiday home “Charming House near Beach” offers 116 m² of comfortable space for up to 7 guests. You will find 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower cabin, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with dining area. The laundry room includes a washing machine, dryer, and toilet. A baby cot, high chair, and shared toys and books for children are available.



    Enjoy the private garden and open terrace, perfect for outdoor meals with your own barbecue. These outdoor spaces are ideal for relaxing or spending quality time with family.

PAS DE WIFI, quand on sait qu'il n'y a pas de réseau cellulaire à Oléron l'été, ça aurait été honnête de le préciser en gros dans le titre de l'annonce. Ménage en cours à l'arrivée, qui a du être décalée. Vieille maison, escalier non sécurisé et dangereux. Serrure de la porte du jardin qui ne fonctionne pas donc les enfants peuvent sortir seuls sur la rue. toilettes tout au fond du garage. Maison non adaptée pour enfants de moins de 5 ans ou pour personnes âgées ou avec des problèmes pour marcher. Four qui fonctionne très mal. enfin, proche de la plage certes mais aussi de la rue, donc beaucoup de bruit de voitures et de motos. nous avons contacté la propriétaire pour signaler les problèmes, nous avons laissé 3 messages, elle ne nous a jamais rappelé et a préféré se plaindre à l'agence de location que nous l'avions trop appelée (elle a pourtant laissé son numéro dans le livre de la maison, en cas de problèmes). l'agence de location a fait ce qu'elle a pu. Merci à elles d'avoir été compréhensives
