This place is a diamond find. From checking in to check out the whole experience was great. Welcomed at reception with a wonderful smile and great conversation, to my room which was stocked with toiletries, tea, coffee, OK, water, biscuits and other delights, super comfy bed and a great shower!! This will be my first choice place to stay if I go to Dublin again.

The Dublin One hotel was perfect for our 2-night stay. We were able to walk to the Bon Jovi concert and were in walking distance of the city center. We got to the hotel early, and the front desk staff was very helpful in letting us check in early. We didn't check into parking until about a week before our stay. We parked at the Mater Hospital, which was about a 5-minute walk to the hotel It all worked out. You don't really need a car if staying in Dublin because you can take a taxi or bus anywhere. Overall, it was a great experience.

Wasn't a long stay. Only 1 night. The hotel was beautiful. Great room with really cozy towels!! Shuttle bus was extremely convenient back and forth to the airport. Don't know the lady's name from front desk but she was fantastic. Helped us store our luggage and called a taxi for us as well. Great service!
