My experience at the Fontainebleau was mixed.
The hotel itself is truly beautiful, and the food was excellent — definitely a highlight of the stay. However, I did encounter a couple of issues that affected my overall impression.
I had to call several times to have the bathroom amenities replaced, and although housekeeping came, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned very thoroughly. That was disappointing.
Also, at the pool area, the service was lacking. On several occasions, the staff either didn’t attend to us or did so with poor attitude.
Aside from those points, everything else was fine and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is quite pleasant.
