Beklentinin çok altında.

Otel odasında duşa kabin kırıktı, banyoda eğimden su gidere gitmiyordu. Otel bir köyün içinde, köyün elektrik kesilince otelinde elektriği kesiliyor. Jeneratör yok, 2 saat karanlıkta oturduk. Otel rutin birşeymiş gibi 1 saat sonar mum dağıttı. Hotels.com faturada ve sitede yazılandan fazla para çekti. İtiraz edin dedi sonuç yok.
