  • The Desert Owl offers a relaxing place to unwind and enjoy nature around you. There is enough space to accommodate a large family or a group of friends. There is room for trucks, trailers, UTV and SxS, just 3 miles off of US 93. In the midst of Grand Canyon West Skywalk, Hoover Dam, Las Vegas, Laughlin, and Historic Route 66, Kingman AZ. There are hiking and 4x4 adventures. You may even get a glimpse of a pair of owls quenching their thirst at the end of a hot day.

The Desert Owl is very nice little house. All the little touches that make a house a home. Kitchen is well stocked. It slept a family of 7 comfortably. I am told even the futons we comfortable. The sunrise, sunset and especially the stars were amazing. You have to remember that you are in the middle of nowhere. I would suggest getting to the place before night as the area is very dark and it gets dark quickly. Driving to Dolan Springs we were wondering what we got our selves into but was pleasantly surprised when we got to the house. There is not much around in the way of stores. We stocked up on food and gas (expensive) before we got to the Desert Owl. We filled up in Kingman about 40 mins down the road. If we ever have a chance to make it out that way again we would defiantly stay at the Desert Owl again.
