"Great hotel, great location checking staff were very helpful and friendly. We have three rooms they were all clean the beds were very comfortable and the lounge on floor 27 was perfect. Each floor has a free water bottle machine which saved us a lot of money it was perfect"

"The location of the Hyatt Regency Times Square was perfect! It was located right in the middle of downtown which made it super convenient. We were able to walk to many of the attractions and shopping with no problem. The hotel was clean and the rooms were roomy. I have already said this is where we will stay on return visits. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas!"
