Overall, a really pleasant stay. We had an issue with our rooms, but the staff sorted us into new rooms. Breakfast was reasonable, and the amenities around the hotel were great.
The check in wasn’t the smoothest with a new staff member. The furniture is out of date and very aged. The mattress is solid rock and very uncomfortable. The breakfast is below average. Over all, it’s on ok budget hotel with a good location.
Honestly booked here because it was cheap BUT it proved to be a great call. The hotel is in a great location circa 10 mins in car from Souq Waqif and metro station (exit 3 ) is around the corner. There are restaurants on site and mini cafe that is open pretty late.
Staff are always on hand to answer questions and help.
The only one thing that could maybe be improved is sound insulation. My neighbours had their TV on (not sure if they had the volume up or if the sound insulation wasn't great but from the interlocking door the sound travelled to the bed and at times it almost sounded like someone waa in the hall making noise...
All in all that was a minor issue and I cannot wait to return
all in all, it is a good hotel, and the staff were very friendly, well trained, and very polite.
they made my stay very comfortable, would repeat it again.
We had such a wonderful customer service experience at the Swiss Belinn hotel in Doha. We arrived on a flight at 7:45 am and arrived to the hotel by 8:45 am - we were told that we wouldn’t be able to get our three rooms
This is an incredibly fantastic place to stay! The staff is very cordial, professional, welcoming and helpful. The facility is well maintained and comfortable and is located conveniently to walking around town or riding the metro. I don’t think I could find a better place for the money. Great value!
Disaster. We chose this hotel because it had good reviews. But the real situation is completely different. The bathroom door wouldn't close, the bathtub leaked in two places and when you took a shower half of the bathroim was flooded, the windows haven't been cleaned for a while and you can't even see the building 5 meters away... and the worst thing was that loud music was played every night until 2 am. If you want to sleep, choose another hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is very close to the metro.
My stay was okay not just feeling comfortable with the bed provided as it was to be a double bed but it was just a connected single bed to make it double.
