Good hotel but it need some improvement

We booked for two nights but the air condition was not working and we couldn't sleep well, so we cancelled one night and went to another hotel. Other than that the staff were very friendly.

Im not keen on being chased by security at the door, and called by the reception staff when entering the hotel, as they need to double check that i am actually a guest at the hotel. Then they ask for my room number etc.... Inconvenient

A éviter...

Hôtel plutôt bien placé mais nous étions en voiture. Établissement pas entretenu, chambre pas ou peu nettoyée. On a l'impression que la moquette n'a jamais été nettoyé, on a préféré ne pas être pieds nus. Climatisation très bruyante, rideaux sales et tâches de moisissures au plafond de la salle de bain. A éviter à moins que niveau budget vous y soyez contraint.

Average hotel to rest during a stopover flight

Firstly Hotel reception staff were nice enough but found it a bit rude being told to "please sit down mam" repeatedly. Sorry but I'm not American, take note of that next time. The security guard seemed like a bit of a legend. The room (406) was really musty with a serious mould problem in the bathroom. The carpet also had red wine stains and what appeared to be cigarette burns. The power short circuited when I was having a shower causing the lights and exhaust fan to turn off, it also meant the television would not turn on. It took me a while to realise the power board had been tripped possibly by an overload What can I say 1st world problems in a 2nd World Country

Okay!!

I booked it for 11 hours it was okay not bad. It was clean but i got a smoking room. Which is I do not like. And they had not asked me if i want a smoking room or not. I did not want to complain since i am just staying for 11 hours. So it is hard to judge

Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen, mutta kuitenkaan varaustani ei saatu heti oikein. Olin varannut etukäteen tupakoimattoman huoneen, mutta minulle annettiin tupakointihuone. Aamiainen piti tilata edellisenä iltana, se on ok. Kun huoneeni vaihdettiin tupakoimattomaan, ei hankilökunta -pyynnöstäni huolimatta - saanut muutettua aamiaiseni toimitusosoitetta uuteen huoneeseeni. Kylpyhuone tuoksui siinä määrin homeelta, ettei siellä voinut kuin pikaisesti käydä. Ikkunaa ei oltu varmaan pesty muutamaan kuukauteen. Hyvääkin oli: ilmastointi toimi hyvin ja äänekkäästi. Henkilökunta oli iloinen ja pyrki toimittamaan tarvittavat asiat.

Nicht sehr gut gewartetes Hotel

Das Hotel ist in der Nähe von einem Park gelegen. Obwohl es den meisten Taxifahrern unbekannt ist, lässt es sich recht gut finden. Zum Stadtzentrum fährt man ca. 10 Minuten (abends bei schlechter Verkehrslage auch mal länger). Die Hotelzimmer sind leider in keinem sonderlich guten Zustand: (1) die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht regeln, sondern nur ein- oder ausschalten; (2) in der Dusche hat die zweite Duschbrause, die ganz oben angebracht ist und wahlweise genutzt werden kann, nicht funktioniert; (3) in der Dusche ist das Wasser teilweise auf den Boden gelaufen (4) der Teppichboden war ziemlich dreckig mit so einigen Haaren; (5) auch bei ausgeschalteter Klimaanlage gab es deutliche Geräusche von irgendwelchen Geräten oder Leitungen in den Wänden/Decken. Auf der positiven Seite war das Hotel nicht sehr teuer und das Personal war freundlich. Ich persönliche werde das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel buchen.
