Wir haben das Hotel direkt wieder verlassen. Das Zimmer war weder das gebuchte de luxe noch ein standart. Ein ( mitgebuchtes) Frühstücksbuffet gab es nicht mehr da das Restaurant geschlossen wurde.Das Hotel wurde inzwischen auch von der Kategorie heruntergestuft. Da nutzte auch freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal nichts. Die Expedia Hotline hat uns hervorragend weitergeholfen so dass der Hotelaufenthalt sofort nach dem einchecken storniert wurde und wir direkt unser Geld zurückbekamen . Wir haben dann innerhalb einer Stunde ein Hotel gefunden bei dem dann auch alles stimmte.

Pathetic Stay

I was on business Trip to Doha. Booked this hotel on someone's reference. Bu the stay was totally Pathetic. Beds were not good. I had whole 6 day bodyache due to uneven beds. No illumination in room. No Air ventalitation.Whole room was full of moisture. I had added Breakfast in my booking. The breakfast was totally worst. Overall will not recommend to anyone in furure.

We pre-paid for 2 rooms, but when we went to check-in the person at the front desk said only one had been paid for, but that we could pay for the other room. It was only when we showed the receipt that they let us check-in to the second room.

Bad cleaning

I'm so sorry to say that but once I arrived to the room I found to much cockroaches inside the room and toilet service from the housekeeping was very bad I ask for the hairdryer he came was rounding inside the room and he left without explaining to me nothing I asked him again to bring he said okey 1 hour aim waiting no one bring the items wht I orders so I push my self to change the hotel to Victoria hotel
