The overall stay at great for all conveniences. The hotel was room were cleaned daily and provided with water bottles. The breakfast club was great especially when travelling with kids. We had a great time with a 5 yr old. Thanks to all the staff at Best Plaza Hotel.

Room was big. We were given a bed for 3 people to sleep in. We travelled with an 8 month old and requested for a cot on the day of arrival anad again the next day. We were told there were none available. Although the bed was big, it was very difficult sleeping with a baby. The carpet in the room had pink staines everywhere. Room was cleaned daily. Breakfast had limited options. My partner was not allowed to bring me food in my room, despite telling the staff I was very unwell.

I will definitely give this hotel 100! The entire staff were very helpful and kind. It’s impeccably clean. The rooms are spacious and I had the best city view ever. City centre mall very nearby (10 min walk). Lots of restaurants and shopping there. Cinema also and a massive inflatable park inside. Pearl city, corniche, musuems, lusail all easy to get to by an uber (very cheap) and within 20 mins everything. There is also a metro and buses but we went in August so was super hot to walk anywhere. Uber was very handy
