Amazing customer service and lovely staff. When we checked in the hotel staff had upgraded our room for an exclusive room which was so beautiful and big. I would definitely recommend anybody who is travelling to Doha to book this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at Centara hotel. The hotel itself is in the West Bay area and within a short walking distance of a nearby beach. The hotel itself was lovely, and the rooms were very clean and had all the facilities you would expect. The restaurant options at the hotel are also well worth checking out. The staff are all friendly and welcoming and we got on especially well with Anees who is a credit and real asset for the hotel Will definitely come back again next time we come to Doha

The amenities were amazing. The customer service was great esppecially the staff at Thai Kitchen. My room was a bit dated and smelled of mildew. I didn't ask to be move or cleaned so that is on me.

Excellent stay

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and very comfortable, offering a relaxing environment. The pool and gym were excellent, and I particularly appreciated the designated time slots for women, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly across all areas—from the reception to the restaurant and gym. Their warm and professional approach truly made the stay special. It was also a great bonus to have access to a washer and fridge, which added convenience to the stay. While the area itself lacks nearby cafes, it is close to the water, offering beautiful winter walks, and just a 10-minute stroll from the nearest mall. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and pleasant stay! Highly recommend.

Decent quality apartment hotel in the West Bay area. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I ate a dinner and a breakfast in the restaurant but otherwise self-catered. The restaurant dinner was excellent, there are many regional styles to choose from. My apartment itself was quite a bit smaller than others I've experienced i the Gulf, and the kitchen was rather cramped though manageable. The hotel is about 1km from the nearest Metro station (DECC) but the local shuttle bus links the Metro to the West Bay area and the bus stops close to the hotel. I didn't realise that until the second day - it would have been good if the 'welcome' info at the hotel pointed it out. I suppose most guests use the abundant and cheap taxis. All in all, the hotel met my expectations from the booking data and photos and I would recommend it.

My family visited Centara Westbay for a week in May 2023 and couldnt have been more happy with our choice of hotel. With a baby we needed things to be stress-free and smooth and due to the efforts of the staff this was exactly what we received. Clean and very spacious rooms, excellent service, great breakfast options and very close to the beach (you get a discount for entry if you're staying at the hotel). Definitely recommend this hotel. Special mention to the reception staff and the restaurant staff (Poorna, Dew, Rizal and Dolly) who were fantastic.

The bed was particularly comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Flott beliggenhet i nærheten av City Center kjøpesenteret. Stor og moderne leilighet. Fint bassengområde innendørs. Eneste minus var at barnet vårt ikke fikk lov å bruke lekerom, da det var aldersgrense 4-5 år. Bodde 1 uke.

Ottimo hotel dotato di tutto il necessario. Stanze ampie e luminose. Silenzioso nonostante lo scorrere di auto e mezzi vari. Nelle vicinanze, Mall, (supermercato) rifornito di tutto all'interno c'e' anche il carrefour e metro molto utile. Nella struttura ci sono anche ristoranti di qualità. Lo consiglio a chiunque voglia passare una bella vacanza

Ottimo Hotel, situato nei dintorni del mare, al momento non accessibile per via dei lavori presenti ! La fermata metro è un po’ distante a piedi, ma si può usare un taxi, uber o i vari monopattini presenti nei dintorni ! Struttura con una buona pulizia, la mia camera non era vista mare, personale molto attento al cliente! Tutto sommato buon Hotel e lo consiglio !
