Great resort but cleanliness requires attention

Our room smelt of cigarettes, especially in the toilet. There was a lot of dust in our room and I believe a deep clean of all rooms is required. The Italian Riva restaurant was amazing, the food and service was exceptional. However, the Nahham Arabic restaurant require a lot more outdoor heaters, but the food and service is good.

Beautiful Getaway

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very welcomin and friendly. The activities are all excellent and make for a good overall experience. The breakfast and dinner buffet restaurants are both excellent with fantastic range. The rooms were beautiful, but there was quite a lot of dust on the decor.
