"The Hotel and Room were very nice and the breakfast and dinner were excellent. The downside was that the adjacent pool and spa area was a public swimming pool and not only for hotel guests. The pool and spa area was completely overcrowded. There was absolutely no serenity or relaxation. Every area was packed with people. Very disappointing!"

"Not a proper airport hotel. 1. Before arriving I received two text messages and eventually a call via whatsapp to inquire about my arrival time. When I finally got there I understood why. The hotel is tiny. Rooms dont have numvers they are called ruby, gold and platinum. And the receptionist was planning his evening. 2. It is normal to chitchat during checkin.
