"Gefallen hat mir der sehr freundliche Service durch die Mitarbeiter*innen im Hotel. Sehr gut hat mir auch gefallen, wie die Sicherheitsbedingungen im Hotel (Maske tragen, Desinfektionsmittel benutzen vor dem Fr ühstück) durch die Mitarbeiter*innen durchgesetzt worden sind.
Reinigung und Zimmer waren auch sehr gut. Ich komme gern wieder. "

"It’s a great place to stay, very convenient of you come by train, since it’s right next to train station and the high street. Unfortunately there was a lot of road works going on which was a bit noisy, once that is done it will be great."

"Room was very comfortable, direct access to the thermal spa was really handy, robes and spa towels and slippers and tote bag were very convenient. Wrist band allows room access and spa and sauna access, that was really convenient. If therme spa is busy, it can be difficult to get into the parking lot. Hotel and spa are in what looks like a commercial area, it’s not overly attractive. No nice views from the rooms. "

"The staff was great. The breakfast (additional cost) was worth it. Rooms were clean and well kept. The area around the hotel is very quiet as it is a small town. After walking Frankfurt, staying in Bad Soden was a good idea to avoid the hectic area. There is a train station right outside the hotel so you have easy access to anywhere you'd like to go."
