"The hotel was in a great location and the staff very friendly. The room was huge, even for our family of 5. We found the beds very comfortable and overall enjoyed the hotel. The only downside was that the floors weren’t clean - our socks/feet got very dirty walking around the room, and also there was lots of dust under the beds. If they gave the floors a good steam mopping and vacuumed under the beds, I would’ve given them 5 stars. Despite this, would stay here again if we ever come back to Graz."

There is a public transportation hub very close, and a dedicated taxi stand across from the lobby doors. Nice, adequate breakfast provided, but lacking an actual dining area (you kind of have to eat in the lobby)—still nothing that I’d find to complain about. The staff are very warm and friendly.
