Sehr ruhiges und sauberes Appartment, voll ausgestattet. Nur 2 Min zum Bäcker und Restaurants. Hübsche, mittelalterliche Altstadt. Zum Strand in Cabourg ca. 8 Min mit dem Auto, Parkplätze dort auch in der Hauptsaison zu finden.

wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in einem traumhaft schönen Ort

Unser Aufenthalt war ein Traum. Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr schönen Ort in der Nähe von Cabourg. Der Eigentümer der Wohnung hat uns sehr nett empfangen, obwohl wir kein französisch sprechen, haben wir irgendwie miteinander kommunizieren können und er hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön aufgeteilt und es war alles da, was das Herz begehrte. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und auch sehr ruhig. Alle Bewohner die wir trafen waren sehr höflich und man hat sogar einen eigenen Stellplatz für sein Auto. Der Ort ist super süß, es war irgendwie auch immer etwas los. Es gab ein Festival, es gab ein Feuerwerk, Samstags findet der Markt quasi direkt vor der eigenen Haustüre statt und man hatte alle Geschäfte relativ nah. Zu Aldi oder auch Lidl kann man gut noch zu Fuss laufen, also falls man nicht allzu viel einkaufen muss. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch die Rückgabe der Wohnung hat sehr gut und unkompliziert geklappt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall noch einmal diese Wohnung anmieten und können Sie so auch jedem empfehlen.

Nous avions payé pour un ménage et nous avons dû le faire....Nous avions payé pour les draps et les serviettes et ils sont arrivés plus tard et c'était des vieilleries usées et dépareillées et nous avons dû faire les lits nous même. Un appartement intéressant mais désorganisé.

Tolle Wohnung!

Zentral gelegene, ruhige Wohnung mit gesichertem Parkplatz. Der Vermieter ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar. Boulangerie, fromagerie usw fußläufig erreichbar. Dives-sur-Mer ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in der Normandie (Étretat, Mont Saint Michel und Gärten von Monet in jeweils 1,5Stunden erreichbar).

Les féeries vénitiennes

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La location est très bien située, calme et sécurisée. Équipements ménagers complets et conformes au descriptif. Accueil très chaleureux de M. MAURICE. Il n'y a qu'à descendre pour trouver boulangeries, boucheries, supérette, restaurants (nous conseillons Le bougnat, Le bidule en bas de l'immeuble et L'intuition un peu plus loin). Bref, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

Appartement idéalement situé à proximité à pieds de tous les petits commerces. Logement dans une petite résidence TRÈS AU CALME ce qui est vraiment agréable (c’est exactement ce que nous recherchions pour nos vacances). Le règlement de co propriété est strict effectivement mais cela afin que chacun se respecte, nous avons beaucoup apprécié et approuvons à 100%. Appartement récent et spacieux pour des vacances / situé en dernier étage avec tout le confort nécessaire. Literie très correcte. Place de parking privative ok. Très bon accueil du propriétaire qui est sympathique. Nous recommandons cette location si vous recherchez du ressourcement en ayant tout à proximité. Nous y reviendrons.
