Skøn beliggenhed med fantastisk udsigt

Vi havde en skøn uge i lejlighed La Pesqu'ile. Lejligheden passede perfekt til vores familie på fire og de dage, hvor vejret tillod det, blev terrassen og den skønne udsigt virkelig nydt. Vi manglede dog reelle solstole - enten på terrassen eller ved den fælles pool. De to byer, Dives-Sur-Mer og Cabourg, er kun adskilt af floden Dives. Begge byer er skønne at besøge og alt er i gåafstand. Der er dejlige bagerier, fine cafeer og gode butikker i begge byer og vi nød at slentre rundt ved aftentid.

Schönen Urlaub

Wir kamen gestern aus unserem Urlaub in Cabourg zurück. Ich (46, männlich) war mit meinen 3 Kindern (11,14 und 16 Jahre) in der Wohnung. Das Klima ist dort nicht zu heiss, was ich sehr bevorzugte habe. Zum Strand von Cabourg haben wir keine 10 Minuten gebraucht zu Fuß. Ohne Auto ist man schlecht bedient, aber man kriegt einen schönen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Einzige Kritik: Wifi sehr lahm, Bäder eher sehr wenig gelüftet, Manche Einrichtung dürftig repariert. Sonst aber sauber !!

Notre avis pour la Presqu’ile

Nous avons passé 8 jours en août 2022 et sommes mitigés sur le séjour. La literie de la chambre avec le lit de 160 est catastrophique. C’est vraiment très limite de proposer cela . Nous nous en sortons avec un énorme mal de dos qui va nécessiter des séances chez l’ostéopathe. Vraiment dommage car le reste est correct et la vue magnifique . Le ménage est très moyen également et au vue du prix, quelques rénovations seraient plus que nécessaire ( baguette de bois du sol de la cuisine par ex)

Grosszügige Wohnung

Wohnung ist grosszügig. Die Küche ist aber für mehr als 3 Personen nicht geeignet, da nur 2 kleinere Herdplatten vorhanden sind. Leider war die Wohnung überhaupt nicht gereinigt. Wir trafen viel Staub, Schmutz, ungeleerte Abfallbehälter an. Das Geschirr und die Küche waren fettig/schmuddelig.

Residence La Presqu'île

Eine echt tolle FeWo. Wir waren 2 Wochen da und es war nicht nur der Ausblick toll. Die Wohnung geht über 2 Etagen im 5. Stock mit Fahrstuhl. Die Kinder hatten ihr eigenes Reich mit 2 Zimmern und eigenem Badezimmer oben. Wir Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer dann unten. Nicht so toll war es, dass das WC unten kein Waschbecken hatte und man durch die halbe Wohnung laufen musste. Die Wohnung müsste aber auch mal renoviert werden. Sonst wirklich TOP

Belle appartement

Un nettoyage en profondeur est nécessaire ainsi que pour réparer certaines chose comme le support pour le papier toilette.Toujours pas de nouvelles chaises pour la terrasse. Dans l'ensemble un bel appartement spacieux et avec une vue superbe et grande terrasse.

Appartement idéalement situé avec une superbe vue . Une belle piscine extérieure Très confortable et spacieux mais un manque de propreté dans l'espace cuisine et trois chaises de jardin cassées sur cinq ! Des petits désagréments qui pourraient être facilement évités ... D'où mon TRÈS BIEN ou MOYEN là où j'aurais pu mettre EXCELLENT .

Qualité de vie et surtout de vue.

Dans le détail, cette location présente quelques faiblesses mineures, liées au fait que sa modernisation est inachevée. Mais elle recèle des atouts exceptionnels, à commencer par la vue que sa terrasse "plein ciel" ouvre à la fois sur le port, sur la Dives et sur la mer. Par ailleurs, l'on s'approprie très vite l'espace intérieur dont l'aménagement et l'équipement sont bien éloignés des si impersonnelles résidences de tourisme.

Photos alléchantes, réalité très décevante

Le bien proposé à la location manque d'entretien en général et le nettoyage est sommaire. Nous avons été déçu. L'immeuble propose une terrasse, son point fort, en déconfiture. Balcon à l'abandon, nombreux endroits avec de la moisissure, peinture défraichie, chaises endommagées, séchoir rouillé. L'intérieur laisse aussi à désirer. Portes de penderie difficile à déplacer, aérateurs poussièreux, planches d'armoires cassées. Comment peut-on proposer, au prix fort, cette location?

belle résidence mais appartement sans âme, meublé et équipé sommairement pour la location

Nous avons réservé dans cette résidence car des amis très proches possèdent un dupleix que nous avions trouvé "super". Celui que nous avons loué n'est pas fait pour recevoir des enfants en bas âge (3 ans) car l'escalier en colimaçon est très raide et dangereux, sans rampe et sans barrière de sécurité compte tenu que les lits superposés étaient au 1er étage. Nous pensons que l'annonce devrait préciser ce point. D'autre part, 3 lumières ne fonctionnaient pas, la plaque de cuisson fonctionnait très mal (elle s'allumait et s'éteignait sauf quand on mettait le bouton sur le n° 10) les bouchons du lavabo et de l'évier ne fonctionnaient pas (difficile de faire une petite lessive ou une vaisselle). La vaisselle était suffisante pour 4 - 1 seule poêle qui attachait à la cuisson- bref, on voit bien qu'il s'agit d'un appartement dédié uniquement à la location sans aucun cachet. Nous avons également noté une terrasse sale, une plaque de cuisson pas très nette. Heureusement que la vue était belle du 5 ème étage

pas mal

appartement bien situé avec belle vue sur le port et la mer, bien équipé, mais quelques réparations s'imposent (échelle de lit cassée, support papier toilette cassé, évier de cuisine et salle de bain fermeture évacuation d'eaux impossible, chaises défectueuses,manque couettes). Pour 3 nuits cela a suffit, mais pour plus longtemps non! De plus la mauvaise surprise du cout de nettoyage en plus qui n'apparait qu'une fois la location payée ( conseil bien regardé le tout petit petit point d'interrogation!!!! ) A part ses petits problèmes nous avons passés un agréable séjour et avons profité de ses superbes plages
