"Our stay here was a pleasant one! We traveled with multiple kids and had a great stay! The pool was a big highlight for us. It was clean and well kept. The breakfast was also a big hit. Many options available for even picky eaters. Another well noted thing i want to mention is how sweet and accomodating all of the staff was! Very pleasant! I highly recommend staying here. "

"The hotel was rated very highly yet the room was not clean and the walls were very thin. We were awakened by neighbors many times. There was also a lot of noise from helicopters taking off from the hospital next door. The elevator was also grimy. The sink in the room was brown. The breakfast was maybe the worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever seen. Everything was made of styrofoam. The coffee was awful. There were no hot eggs. The hot dish was biscuits & gravy, which didn't look good. The location was great. Everything else quite disappointing. "

"Truly, and honestly, the dirtiest, nastiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. I have pretty extensively toured developing nations and the third world, and even staying in budget friendly accommodations in those places, I never experienced a hotel that made me as uncomfortable as this one. Every corner of the room had garbage and dirt and evidence of the last hundred tenants piled up, and it was clear that the carpet had not been properly vacuumed in a very long time. When I saw the housekeeping cart in the hallway and it had almost nothing on it, except a single spray bottle and some toilet paper, refills, and a stick vacuum that was clearly intended for hardwood floors, and not carpet, that all kind of makes sense. Every wall had smashed bugs parts and blood stains on it, up high and along the floorboards. One sink had a used needle in it, the other someone had been using as an ashtray, and there was some kind of clear goop in the drain. The bench by the window was covered in food crumbs. The hallway and the room just had that smell, like a State run old folks home or the alley behind a fish restaurant. I had the room booked for two nights, but I didn’t spend more than 30 minutes in there the first night, because of session, every hotel was booked 30 minutes in every direction, so I slept in the car. For the second night I booked another hotel downtown."

"I arrived at 11:30 pm and needed to be up at 6 am. When I checked in the lobby/check in smelled so strongly of Marijuanna it made me nauseous and gave me a headache! I proceeded to my room, which also smelled musty, but I was so tired I just wanted to go to sleep. I went to the bathroom, to discover no toilet paper! Then checked the entire room- not one single tissue to be found. I sat on the bed to discover the thinnest mattress on top of a board. It was when I could hear the couple 2 rooms down shouting and throwing things that I decided to leave! My entire stay lasted 15 mins! I am demanding a refund and will never consider this location again! "

"At check-in, we noticed the garbage can in the lobby overflowing with garbage. The ladies bathrrom in the lobby had 4 stalls; one with no TP, another where the door didn't close, toilets barely flushed. .Upon entering the room, we found a dirty toilet. They did come clean it. Very little soap/shower get. I don't think the breakfast eggs were actually eggs, but there were other options (yogurt, bagels, toast, fruit and basics) that were good. Nice staff. Wouldn't return."
