"There was no attendant when we arrived. We had our key from the key box. It was a good location for us, but there’s no elevator, so be ready to carry your luggage up the stairs."

"My stay at Kloutscher was exactly as I sought. The property is exceptionally clean and quiet, the folks were nice to deal with, and the price was a great value. "

"The location was very cool and off the beaten path. The check in process was a bit different then what we were use to but did get checked in. There was an elevator but only to the 2nd floor and had to carry our luggage up to the 3rd floor. Our beds were a bit firmer then what we were use to but sill okay. The location was beautiful and very quite. Breakfast was wonderful and worth the cost."
