"I want to start with the positive. The bedroom had 2 queen size beds and was beautiful, however the floor was dirty full of dust. The hotel manager was awful and told us that they could not locate our reservation, then wanted to charge us more for the room,they never had breakfast for the entire time of our stay, on day 1 we did not have hot water but on day 2 we did, on day 3 we did not have hot water, the hotel was filthy full of trash and they even had a dirty mattress by the pool.
