We were not given a second key or a fan so every time we left the room got extremely hot due to everything shutting off without a key in the slot. The elevator went down one night and we had to walk several flights up. There was constant construction work late at night and early in the morning which kept us up.

Amazing hotel, loved everything about it. The staff were very helpful and courteous, they were always willing to help with bags and any requests. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again when in HCMC. Breakfast and afternoon tea were included, and was exceptional.
