The Lemon House in Salento

La Limonaia is a property within "private gate area with other residences" and located on the beautiful coast of Salento.

The space

The property is built with dry stones from Salento.

This typical "dry stones" which the house is made of maintains at cool stable temperatures even in the hottest summer wheater.
Just 5 minutes / 200 meters from the property you can walk down from the beautiful cove ans sea called Acquaviva, (Acquaviva means cold water springs)

The house has 350 square meters of garden and vegetable garden where you can seasonal seasonal vegetables as zucchini, watermelon, salad and be surrounded by olive trees, almonds, cherries, figs and carobs trees.
to be handpicked (zucchini, watermelon, salad).

One car parking space.

Guest access

You will receive entrance Keys to private gated area of residences.

Property offers: 1 double room, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 living room with two single beds acting as extra couches, with kitchenette, it's just good for preparing a good food, breakfast and small fridge.

Limonaia is only for you, not a bathroom, living room or garden with other guests.

Other things to note

I will be happy to drive to or from Brindisi / Bari airport.
I recomend car rental on airports.
I could pick you up from Brindisi collecting maximun 6 people from Brindisi airport.
Lecce-Gallipoli-Otranto, speaking in Italian, or in Russian very interesting details about Baroque style churches.
