However, i would suggest that the owner invest in an awning at the front of the building because when it rains, it's awesome to look at, but the front door can not be opened, as the rain will pour in. "The apt. Itself was really nice, maybe not kid friendly as it’s “nice” and the floors/stairs when wet from pool are VERY slippery. The apt is right by the pool and that’s nice during the day but not so quiet at night when kids try to sleep. "Staying at fern court really gave me the island feel. With the garden view and lush colors of the island, it was a lot different from back home. The community is gated which is really nice. "Property is in ideal location. Located on 5th floor. Building is quiet. Area is tourist location so the blowing of horns was my only irritant but this is Jamaica. I felt comfortable there and able to cook and enjoy the view from the apartment balcony. The beach is close and needed a pass to get through the gate to access the beach. Check in was a breeze without delays. I will definitely be back to that apartment and location."
