"Front staff were amazing. The older lady that does weekend breakfast, can’t say enough good words about her. (Honestly wish I got to spend more time with her other than weekends. She was the best part of the mornings at the hotel) the room service lady was a doll and so kind when she came to the room. Definitely would come to this place again and recommend it! "

"The hotel room was big and comfortable for the 4 of us. The king size bedroom was great for a bit of privacy from the kids. I did not rate the breakfast as it is not included and we did not go to the buffet for breakfast. I wish the hotel included credit or free breakfast daily. The few fast food restaurant's are located in the casino so the kids could not sit and eat in their and we had to order and bring it to the room. The pool was great for the kids, they had alot of fun. The buffet was really good, a bit pricey but was delicious. "

"I had a 12-hour layover in Vancouver before a 16-hour trip late in the evening. Hotel was very accommodating to get me in early, and I checked out around 8pm. They could have had me wait till 3 pm but took care of me. Harry at the front desk was super helpful. Room was nice, clean, comfortable. Hotel was very nice, even a nice Restaurant. Shuttle service was good. I would not hesitate to stay there again."

The room was lovely, i really liked the comfort of the bed and the sliding door to separate the bed from the rest of the room. Staff were friendly and pleasant to speak with. Elevators had a weird smell."
