"The small house has just enough room and it was nice to have the outside area to eat in. When we booked, a washing machine was listed online, but by the time we got to the house, it has been taken off because it seems to have broken. This was frustrating to us."

"Great large property in the centre of the town. We had a lovely stay, the only thing id mention is the apartment is on the 3rd floor and the stairs are extremely steep and no lift so not suitable for anyone with any sort of mobility issues! Could also benefit from air conditioning."

"Great studio right in the centre of the old town! Walking distance to the lake, a selection of great restaurants and really well equipped. Perfect base for a solo traveller! Although worth noting given it’s an old building (expected given it’s the old town) that the walls are a little thin so you can hear the neighbours and the final staircase up to the studio is pretty narrow/steep so be careful if you have large luggage you may struggle getting up to it. "

"Superb location. Not far from main underground parking. Lake is so close. I love the moderness of the apartment. This is perfect for one or two people. Very cozy very clean very comfortable. I come to this town two to three times a year and I'll check here about renting again."

"I stayed with my three college aged children. Accommodations were spacious and comfortable. Living room furniture seemed a little tired looking but linens were fresh and clean, bathroom was great and having a washing machine was a big bonus! It was quite hot the weekend we were there. I would suggest making fans available to guests since there was no air conditioning. Quick walk from train station and close to everything!! Highly recommend!"

"This is a small small room. It is in an old building and all a bit of a mess. Pictures do not give you true perspective of the room. Bed is against the wall so you have to climb over each other to get in bed. We love Annecy but this room was a big disappointment. A lot of money for what it is, untidy, not particularly clean . If you are over 21 do not stay here."

"We had a lovely stay here. As described, the property is very small but it worked for our short break. The outside is private and having an allocated parking space was useful. We found a good bakery and lovely beaches in Duingt. Thank you!"

"The apartment was in a great location in the center of everything Annecy. As we anticipated, parking was quite difficult until we could better understand the location and pricing on nearby parking lots. This also made the remote check-in and unloading our luggage upon arrival quite difficult. The apartment, while small, is well appointed and was a great home base for us. Pack earplugs, as you're in the middle of it all! Thanks for a great stay!"
