"Very strange experience ! We booked this property for a stay at New Year and as there was no snow we asked Miriam if we could cancel and stay another time instead. She agreed and we arranged a stay in June . We sent several messages between each other over the next few months and all seemed fine . We travelled all the way to the Alps from the UK in June and Miriam did not answer repeated messages we sent to her so we could not go to the apartment and had to find other accommodation . "We loved this apartment. It was on the most beautiful street, so close to everything. No wifi—which made it difficult for us to communicate properly with the property manager, but that was our issue, not hers. Definitely recommend and will hopefully be back. We loved Annecy!"
