Exceptional, Quintessential Property in the heart of Dingle
What a wonderful property! This is the perfect spot for your County Kerry vacation! There were 4 adults in our group (ages 39, 39, 41 and 70), and everyone was VERY happy with this perfect cottage. The owner’s communication and support couldn’t have been better. No detail was overlooked by the owners! Even with the great details prior to our stay, everything in the cottage is well labelled and easy to understand. This cottage is quiet, and truly walking distance to everything you need downtown Dingle. The inside is clean, with more space than we needed for 4 adults. The back patio is a great spot for morning coffee or an afternoon of sun. We felt right at home. On top of the cottage itself, we were well-informed with many many useful tips for improving our visit to Dingle and the surrounding area. This allowed our group to plan all of our adventures and ensure we experienced everything Dingle has to offer… from a beautiful drive around the Slea Head peninsula, to a cliffside boat ride in Dingle harbor, and a plethora of downtown shops/food/pubs/music. Our entire group had an exceptional visit, and we’re already planning our return!

Perfect home base for a family stay in Dingle
We couldn't have been happier with the accomodations, location and host communication at Harriet's Cottage. The rooms were all very comfortable and beautifully appointed, with very clear instructions on how everything works. The pubs, shops and restaurants of Dingle are literally just around the corner but this little gem of a townhouse is quiet and peaceful when you get back for the night. If you have kids the third floor is a great extra space for them to hang out. This a perfect home base to explore all the peninsula has to offer. Top notch!

Just what we needed
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Harriet’s Cottage and Dingle. The amenities were as advertised and everything was meticulously labeled with instructions. The neighborhood was quiet, yet the center of town was a few blocks away. Anthony was very responsive to our questions, from booking to check in. We hope to return soon - we’ve been dingled!

The cottage is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, a very brief walk to the center of town. With 3 stories, it accommodates 3 couples with ease and privacy. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped and includes dishwasher as well a washer-drier. The host, Anthony, was extremely accommodating and responsive. The beds were comfortable and the linens ample. We'd be very glad to return.

We loved this cottage! It was nicely decorated, clean and spacious. All of the hints about how to use the appliances, places to eat/shop, etc., were very helpful. It is also close to town. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home base for Dingle
Our experience at Harriet’s Cottage could not have been better. The property itself was lovely and spacious. The location was perfect. We parked our car at the house and accessed everything we wanted to do in town on foot. The check in process went smoothly and all communications with owners were a pleasure. Highly recommend!

Amazing Stay!
We had a fabulous visit to Dingle. We were able to do so much and all within walking distance to the house. Harriet’s Cottage is a wonderful home equipped with everything you might need! It even has a boot warmer which came in really handy after we got caught in the rain during our cliff hike! Plenty of space at the house and our teenage son loved having his own space in the loft to play video games! Thank you for sharing your home with our family! We hope to return to Dingle again soon and would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Host
Anthony and Melissa were fantastic hosts who provided plenty of information in the lead up to our trip. Guides to Dingle restaurants and pubs, activities to do in the area, even how to drive in Ireland! They went above and beyond. The house itself was lovely and just a short walk into town. It was great!

A very nice townhouse at the edge of Dingle center, easy walking to Dingle center, but a very quiet area. The house was in good condition and very nice. The owners were very organized. A great place to stay for a group of folks in town to run the Dingle half and full marathons!

Perfect setup for 2 couples, could have easily had a 3rd couple. Modern, clean, functional, organized. Clear instructions for everything. Comfy beds & furniture. Quiet location at top edge of town. This place a winner! Be sure to do Slea Head Loop by car, we actually liked it better than Ring of Kerry.

Cutest cottage close to town
Harriet's Cottage was the perfect place to stay for our time in Dingle. The location was ideal with easy walking accessibility to town, nature walks, and everything else Dingle has to offer. The cottage is very roomy with three large bedrooms, two full baths and one half bath, a full kitchen, and a large family/gathering room upstairs. The decor in the cottage is simple and inviting and the cottage itself is very clean. We loved all of the books and suggestions left by the hosts for places to eat, visit, and tour while in Dingle. Their recommendations were so helpful and spot on. Our family of five had more than enough room to spread out and feel at home in this comfortable and welcoming cottage. We hope to visit again very soon!

Beautiful cottage in a great location!
Harriet's cottage is very clean, spacious yet cosy. It is fantastically equipped with top end appliances yet also has old world charm with vintage furniture. The location is excellent, by the sea with all it's fresh air and a short walk from Main Street so you can get there easily but it is quiet at night. Couldn't recommend it more highly. We plan to return!

Harriet’s Cottage could not have been more perfect. Lovely, clean, spacious. It immediately felt like home. It was just a short walk into the center of Dingle. And Dingle could not have been more fun. Good restaurants, pubs, live music. Dingle has it all. Anthony was the perfect host. You know how the little differences in foreign countries can be the things that make you lose your mind? Like how do you turn on the shower?? Anthony has everything clearly marked to reduce your frustration! Brilliant!! We had a fantastic time and hope we will return!

Last week we spent six nights at Harriett’s House. Anthony and Melissa have great instructions including YouTube video to help us Americans wth washer, dryer, hot water and other household workings. The home is beautifully decorated, clean, and was a comfortable setting for us. Great location and short walk to grocery store and several pubs.

Home away from home in an excellent location
Harriet’s Cottage was the perfect place to unwind for a few days in Dingle. Plenty of space for us and our two teen-agers to spread out and in the perfect location, within an easy walk of everything. Really appreciated all the communication from Anthony regarding things to do in Dingle and any quirks with the house. The O’Shea’s are excellent hosts and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great place, really great hosts!
The photos and description of the property are accurate and the hosts provide an incredible amount of local information. Our group of 6 Yankees appreciated the washing machine and dryer along with the clear instructions that helped us navigate European settings and hot water systems. The octopus wired charging station was a big hit. Ireland was experiencing a rare heat wave during our stay and Harriet's Cottage was the only accommodation we had during our 12 nights that would open enough to cool down. With 2 great pubs within a few hundred meters (Kennedy was my favorite) and the center of town perhaps a 10-minute walk, we couldn't have asked for a better spot.

Loved Harriet's Cottage!
Our family had a great stay in Dingle at Harriet's Cottage. It was only a couple of minutes walk from town, very spacious and comfortable, and the host was great and easy to communicate with. After learning I was sick during my stay, he even offered to let us stay an additional night at no cost so I could spend some time in the town! I would definitely recommend the cottage to anyone looking to stay in Dingle.

3 Day Respite at Harriet's Cottage - Just Right!
We recently took a trip to Ireland and basically circumvented the island in 9 days. It was a large undertaking but we were up for the challenge. We knew we would need a break and booked Harriet's Cottage in Dingle for some down time. Just Right! Very much a home away from home... comfy living room with a fireplace, lovely kitchen with all the amenities, including a washer and dryer, and just a 10 minute walk to anywhere downtown (and an easy jaunt back from the pubs later on!) It was just what we needed to refuel and carry on with our journey. We had a great time in Ireland - the country is beautiful and the people are great! We look forward to another visit back someday to Dingle and Harriet's Cottage - Kim and Eric from Chatham, NY USA

Perfect home away from home
Harriet's Cottage was the perfect place for our group as we visited Dingle for marathon weekend. The location was perfect-- very close to pubs, shops, and delicious restaurants. Great Stay in Dingle
Great house and location. We had a little issue when we arrived (the wrong key was in the lock box) but the problem was resolved within an hour and the owner generously provided us with a bottle of wine for our inconvenience. The house is a little on the noisy side (you can hear folks pretty clearly from one room to another) but the location and amenities make up for it. We loved Dingle and are looking forward to another trip. Would definitely stay there again.
