Highly recommend this hotel ! We stayed in Manila for a quick trip. This hotel was in a great location; close to shops, bars, the mall, and local food vendors. The hotel had great customer service, with staff available at all hours and security present at all times. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was delicious! I would highly recommend staying here and will book again :)

The room is clean, breakfast is great, and staffs are helpful and accomodating.

While some equipment were aged, hotel room and equipments in the room were kept clean. However, the bathroom of the public area such as ground level and leobby were not kept clean. Most likely some of the customers not using properly, but I didn’t like it.

Yo can definitely find something cheaper for the same and even better services For a 5 star hotel, the check in area is too warm. Breakfast buffet is middling . U have to ask for coffee … why can’t coffee be available without asking someone to pour it for you ? And bring your own Splenda as they only have sugar as an option.

Stayed here for 6 nights with 4 kids and 4 adults. The condominium was very spacious and accommodated all of us pretty well. The details I can say is not that good. To start off the unit was clean but it feels like it was just renovated recently and there were paint marks you can find on the floors. The problem we had was half of the electrical sockets doesn't work. The ones in the kitchen don't work and all of the sockets in the first bedroom don't work. So we had to plug the microwave in the master bedroom and also cooked rice there. There were three bathrooms only two had a shower and the other one came with a tub. I don't know how can you take a standing shower in the tub when the tub is really elevated and no curtains. There are leaks here and there but for the most part the bathroom works. The beds for me are the most uncomfortable part. The room comes with really hard beds. I don't know if you can call them a mattress. Overall for the money I paid I wished I just added more and went to a hotel. I'd give this property a 3 out of 5 and that's being generous! Sadly I will not stay there again and I can't say I would recommend it.
