Villa Ty Laouen - Proche Plage
The Cocoonr agency offers this superb modern house for rent in the town of Dinard, with a surface area of 135 m² and accommodating up to 6 guests. The house comprises a lovely 70 m² open-plan living room, which is spacious and bright, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms upstairs, two bathrooms (with showers) and a beautiful garden with a terrace. Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor: -A superb 70 m² living room with a comfortable sofa that can seat 6 guests, a smart TV, and a relaxation area with two club armchairs. Direct access to the terrace and garden. The fireplace is not in working order. -The kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped and spacious. If you enjoy cooking or baking, you can take advantage of the many kitchen appliances available to prepare your finest meals! These include: an electric kettle, a bean-to-cup coffee machine and a Senseo coffee machine, a toaster, a dishwasher, an induction hob (3 rings), an oven and microwave, an American-style fridge, a wine cellar, and more. -Separate WC
Upstairs: -Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x190) - chest of drawers -Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) - wardrobe. Direct access to the private south-facing balcony with two sun loungers and a parasol. There is a step of approximately 50 centimetres between the bedroom and the balcony. -Bedroom 3: Master suite offering plenty of space, it is spacious and very bright. King-size bed (180x200). There is a large wardrobe and a relaxation area with an armchair and sofa. Smart TV. Direct access to the bathroom with walk-in shower (hairdryer and hair straightener). -A bathroom with walk-in shower. -A separate toilet on the landing.
If you are travelling with a baby or young children, a high chair and travel cot (without mattress) are available in the house.
Outside:
- A beautiful 400 m² semi-enclosed garden (access on the side of the house is not closed). The garden is carefully maintained with three beautiful palm trees and an olive tree. - A terrace sheltered by a bioclimatic pergola equipped with comfortable and elegant ‘Fermob’ garden furniture. An electric plancha grill is at your disposal.
Neighbourhood: Located in a peaceful residential area, the house offers an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday, while being perfectly connected to the main roads. You can easily reach must-see sites such as the Rance Dam, Saint-Malo, Dinard and Dinan. This quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood will allow you to fully enjoy your stay, combining relaxation and sightseeing. The market square in Dinard is only a 7-minute drive away. Shops are less than a 5-minute drive away.
Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park: 2 parking spaces are available in front of the garage. Free parking is available on the street. For other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo (14 km) - Nearest airport: Rennes Airport (80 km)
