Aussicht super - Wohnung ungenügend

Aussicht top! ->Treppe in Treppenhaus (dreckig) ist ein Sicherheitsrisiko! -> Beleuchtung am Eingang fehlt! -> Grundreinigung vor Ankunft hat nicht stattgefunden! -> anscheinend soll Grundreinigung durch Mieter erfolgen, es scheint nicht einmal anschließend eine Kontrolle stattzufinden -> extrem abgewohnt! -> Bettäsche gereinigt aber mit alten Flecken: dringend austauschen! -> Geschirr und Möbel wie aus Haushaltsauflösung übernommen - nichts passt zusammen, dafür Unmengen an Geschirr

Excellente situation, avec exceptionnelle vue sur mer depuis dernier étage dans toutes les pièces. Mais Interhome Dinard m'a assuré que l'appartement ne disposait pas de cafetière Nespresso, ce qui m'a contraint à m'encombrer de la mienne, alors qu'il y en avait une sur place. Fenêtres ne peuvent rester bloquées ouvertes pour rafraîchir. Parties communes sales (portail très rouillé, escalier plein de poussières). Équipement assez vieillot, cuisine très petite. Mais beaucoup de charme au total !

Appartement très bien situé, vue magnifique, très bien bien équipé, par contre demande un léger rafraîchissement car les matériaux utilisé sont vétustes et abîmés : moquette au sol, plaid canapé, tapis etc
