Appartement idéalement situé au cœur de Dinard, spacieux et bien équipé. Cependant, la conciergerie a été décevante : contact tardif pour le solde (malgré les infos bancaires fournies), demande insistante de caution à l'arrivée devant les enfants (résolu après preuve de paiement et "bug technique" de leur part), rappels agaçants pour la caution, vérification du ménage au départ, chauffage bloqué à distance (réactivé le dernier matin !), et information tardive sur des travaux importants dans la rue. Malgré ces désagréments et l'incompréhension de mes enfants face à l'accueil, l'emplacement est un atout majeur. Dinard est superbe, et nous espérons revenir.
