"The room was clean and the chambermaids did a very good job only cleaning when asked to help reduce their workload The older man on reception was helpful.Some of those on all inclusive were very noisy in and around the bar area and disturbed the guests and barman.Some days the food was excellent and on others ok.Guests were not happy with the dining room staff hovering around them and constantly walking about ready to snatch their plates away as soon as they put their cutlery down .I feel that the swimming pool and sauna which was advertised should have been available to hotel guests without having to agree to an exta haman or massage package. "

Staff: Ewa at reception and Alejandro were incredible — friendly, helpful, and a real credit to the hotel. They made check-in effortless and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Food & Drinks: Delicious and varied buffet with great cocktails and mocktails. Rooms & Facilities: Spacious, spotless rooms with everything you need. The resort has multiple pools, a private beach, spa, gym, and great snacks for kids. Location & Transport: Shops and excursions right across the street, plus easy bus or taxi access to Alanya centre. About 2 hours from Antalya Airport — private transfer recommended. Kaila Beach Hotel turned our trip around — we’ll definitely be back!"

"We had a fantastic stay thanks to 07 Group Hotel, who ensured everything was comfortable and stress-free. The room/apartment was ideal for our family of six. We booked the family duplex, and it exceeded all our expectations. Everything was perfect—from the location and the breathtaking views from all three balconies/terraces to the fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and comfortable bedrooms. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. The apartment is located within the Club Paradiso resort, giving you access to all their facilities and activities. Just be aware that the all-inclusive program is not included in the room rate. However, you can arrange it in advance if you’d like to pay extra for the all-inclusive option upon arrival. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend staying with The 07 Group Hotel."

"The place was worst than shown on add. The check in was at 10:00 am but it was given to us at 2:30 , there was no toilet paper , dirty counter top , no mirror above the vanity sink , loose shower enclosure, insecure front door entry, dirty parking lot , dead “Bat” on the parking lot ground , rats running on the yard fence, the pool was nothing like shown on the add . The on site manager was helpful and friendly , but not knowledgeable enough about the hotel business "
