Otel genel olarak güzeldi tek eksi yanı oda biraz eskiydi, internette görünen odadan farklıydı ama temizdi. Yemek çeşitliliği çok fazlaydı, yemekler gayet lezzetliydi. Animasyon ekibi harikaydı, muhteşem dans gösterileri oldu ancak barmenlerin alkol konusunda biraz kendilerini geliştirmeleri gerekiyor özellikle kokteyl yapımında yetersiz bulduk. Genel anlamda tatilimizden memnun kaldık, çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü.

I loved the staff especially animation team also the food was great. I did not like the repeateing of the kids songs every night, im surprised the animation team still have sanity. The beach was ok apart from the stones but watersports was more expensive than any other country in the world

Osalle henkilökuntaa asiakastyytyväisyys oli täysin vieras käsite. Rahastuksen maku oli todella vahva. Hotellia ei edes yritetä ylläpitää vaan paikoitellen todella aikansa elänyt. Ilmastointi ei toiminut kunnolla ja oli ainoastaan olohuoneessa, makuuhuoneessa ilma oli todella raskas ja hiostava. Ruokailu kuin jossain leirikeskuksessa eikä makuelämyksiä ollut missään, ruoka oli korkeintaan kädenlämpöistä, ruuan määrällä yritettiin korvata laatu. Wi-Fi olisi maksanut 20€ per viikko per laite, Wi-Fin taso aulassa surkea. Hotellin oma ranta suorastaan hengenvaarallinen, isoa terävää kivilohkaretta joka todella liukasta, uimaan pääsi oikeastaan vain kelluvalta laiturilta, jossa ihmiset makoilivat aurinkoa ottamassa. Allasbaarissa ei minkäänlaista juomalistaa, pitää itse osata pyytää jokin cocktail saatavilla olevista juomista, joita oli todella vähän. Hotellin 5 tähteä ei todellakaan ole Länsi-Eurooppalaisten standardien mukainen. Ainoa positiivinen asia oli Animation tiimin asenne.

Wir haben ein Familienzimmer gebucht (5 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder). Auf den Fotos macht das Hotel einen besseren Eindruck als in Echt. Ich möchte gerne kurz zusammenfassen, warum das Hotel uns enttäuscht hat: - Als erstes das Zimmer war nicht so wie erwartet. Es wird beschrieben, dass ein Familienzimmer 3 Schlafzimmer hat und dieses Zimmer wurde uns mit 5 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern zur Verfügung gestellt. Drei Aufbaubetten (sehr unstabil) wurden provisorisch in das große Zimmer (eigentlich als Wohnraum gedacht) gestellt, da die anderen Zimmer viel zu klein waren um noch mehr Personen aufzunehmen. -Wir haben ein Babybett gebraucht, dieses wurde uns direkt zur Verfügung gestellt, allerdings sehr dreckig. Vor allem die Dame, die das Bett gebracht hat, hat die Matratze (welches ja sauber sein sollte) beim transportieren über den dreckigen Boden geschoben auf meine Beschwerde wurde das Bett das ausgetauscht. -Das Hotel ist ein „All Inklusiv“ 5 Sterne Hotel mit vielen extra Kosten, zumindest hab ich in anderen Hotels das noch nie so erlebt. Man bekommt beim Check-In pro Person ein sauberes Strandhandtuch. Möchte man nach jedem Strandbesuch oder Pool Besuch das Handtuch sauber haben, dann muss man pro Handtuch 1€ bezahlen. Safe Schließfach im Zimmer kostet pro Tag 2€ und Internet im Zimmer 5€ pro Tag. Nur im Lobby hat man Free WLAN. -Zum Strand kommt man mit einem Shuttle. Strandschuhe sind empfehlenswert, da es am Strand sehr steinig ist.

Bu otel de odanizdaki kasayi kullanmak istiyorsaniz para ile . Havuz havlusu bi kere veriliyor sonra parayla.. animasyon eksikmligi var pazar gunu zaten hic bir animasyon yok.. temizlik yataklari yapip cikiyorlar ve salon supurulmus tek.. bi tek havuz ve yemekler fena degildi.. en Kötusu kavga oldu dövus lu biz im masaya cocuklarim ustune dustuler panik korku hersey vardi. Securite ve mudur 15 dk sonra geldi bizimle hic ilgilenmediler sadece kusura bakman.. sizinle ayri ilgilencez dediler yarin ve kimse gelmedi.. ben butun sitelere bu kotu olayi ve davranislarini cekinmeden yazacam... ha unutmadan resimdeki gibi degil deniz sadece kayali.

Aile oteli kesinlikle çocuktan geçilmiyor. Ruslar deli gibi yemeğe saldırıyor. otel çalışanları çok iyi. Fakat temizlik kötü. Restoran çok sinmiş kokusu var. Ailenizle geleceksiniz 2 3 çocuk varsa güzell. Otelden plaja saat te gidip gelen otobüs var. Plajının olmaması kötü.

Çocuksuz insanlar için uygun değil.

Çoğunlukla turistlerin ve çocuklu ailelerin tercih ettiği bir otel. Oldukça büyük, kalabalık bir otel. Bu kadar müşteriye göre sahip olduğu havuzlar küçük kalıyor. Çocuklardan yüzmek zaten mümkün değil. Kafa dinlemek için tercih edilemeyecek bir otel. Çocuklu aileler rahat edecektir. Açık büfesi hem çeşitli hem de lezzetli. Personel inanılmaz güler yüzlü. Yoğun olduğu için check in gecilebilir, biz odamıza 20 dk geç girdik. Bunun dışında denizde yüzmeyi sevenler için otelin plajı otele uzak. Yürüyerek gitmek mümkün değil, saatli servisler ile ulaşım sağlanıyor. Plaj sakin ama küçük, plajın çoğında kayalar olduğu için denize çok küçük bir alandan girilebiliyor.

Hizmet ve kalite ile tatil yapin

Hizmet 10 numara. Aquapark harika. Sahili mavi bayraklı. Servis ile sahile gidiliyor. Yemekler lezzetli. Odalar deniz manzaralı. Restaurant deniz manzaralı ve akşam yemeği yerken Alanya kalesini izlemek harika. Çayın tadı bile 5 yıldızlı yani mükemmel. Aile olarak bayıldık. Umarım bir gün tekrar gelebiliriz.

As a family of 5 we enjoyed our holiday. First of all this is not a 5* but this shouldn’t detract from the overall experience, it’s a good family holiday hotel, staff were helpful and accommodating. English wasn’t always easy but if a problem a good English speaker was made available. We were the only English family, but this wasn’t an issue, lots of Dutch and some Russians. Only one bar in the evening which is restricting. Food was good but this is an all inclusive for families so will always feel like a cafeteria. Kids loved it. Transportation to the beach and Alanya town which is worth utilising for a change of scenery.

Jeg vil ikke give hotellet 5 stjerne.

Meget skuffende oplevelse på hotellet,. Personalet kunne ikke tale engelsk, så kommunikationen var umuligt, hverken med receptionen, tjenerene eller rengørings medarbejder . Vi var slet ikke tilfreds med rengøring på værelserne, da hygiejne var ikke respekteret , Kaffekopper og vandglassene blev bare skyllet i badeværeses håndvask med meget beskedte hænder, som de skifter toilet skrald med. Vi skulle hele tiden bede om rene håndklæder, håndsæbe osv, fordi medarbejderne glemte at fylde op på værelserne . Meget dårlig mad kvalitet, vi blev allesammen syge, fik kvalme og tynd mave. Meget dårlig service under buffet, de begyndte at rydde op en halv time før buffets tiden. Jeg vil absolut ikke anbefale dette hotel til mine andre venner, alle de andre gæster, som jeg var i kontakt med var mega utilfredse.

Club paradiso is a good 4 star hotel/resort but unfortunately it doesn’t match for a 5 star level, rooms have been clean and good sizes but have not the Comfi of 5 star hotels, the bar service and places outside the bar and lobby for spending some time in the evening with friends or family are not 5 star standard. Restaurants which have always been advertised for, not available for groups with 10 persons. We tried all week to reserve in one of restaurants for 10 person, the only availability offer was to sit in smaller separate groups. For our family of 10 person with yearly gathering usually in Antalya but only this year in Alanya, all in all and comparing to other 5 star services, this hotel will get a 4 star price :)) not to forget that the staff were very kind and helpful. Excellent spa resort. Thanks to TEAM paradiso club.
