Great location! Close to skiing and shopping. Walking the trails around Lake Diilon provided stunning views. Condo was cozy but spacious. Very clean. Would stay here again.

Great views with the potential for 5 stars
The location and views are stellar and give this property a five star. You can't beat being lake front with an awesome patio to enjoy it. Parking is easy, and the kitchen is stocked with any items you'd need. What would make it a five star are a few update and additions.
The commode is for really short people. Vacasa responds via AI - not the best communication option, but they did contact the local manager to get what we needed. No grilling spatula.
Great location, clean and comfortable.

East Bay stay
Great location and beautiful lake and mountain views.
The condo is perfectly located on the edge of a cove on the Dillon Reservoir. Every morning we were greeted with a stunning view of the mountains from across the reservoir. The condo itself was well kept and provided all the necessary amenities for a fanatic stay.
Clean and cozy just as advertised. Great location and view. Definitely dated and the bed was not very comfortable but good value.

Nice waterfront location, good value
Pros: 1) Beautiful view of lake and mountains 2) clean 3) covered parking 4) comfortable king bed (even the pillows were pretty good) 5) hassle-free check in and out. Cons: west-facing living room means it can get warm in the afternoons (no ac) (we visited in mid June) but we were able to air it out pretty quickly before bed by opening the windows to the cool mountain air. Note: the carpeting looks new as of summer 2025. There is also new flooring in the entry and bath areas. Nice place.
everything was great and we'll like to stay here again.
one thing that would be nice are bar chairs and table on the outside deck. the old white chairs leave a white mark on your paints.
We've stayed in East Bay before. It's conveniently located, has great views of Peak 1 and the reservoir, and has sheltered parking. We have not stayed in 206 before and it was clean but it really needs some updating. Old furniture and carpet and the bed and pillows made sleeping uncomfortable. That said, the price was right.

Great View! Convenient Location
Great view from this Condo on the east bay of the Dillon Reservoir. Right on the water (which was frozen and snow covered, but still pretty!), we enjoyed the view from the deck as well as from the hot tub. Unit is spacious for 2 people, but would be very cozy if you had 4 staying. Plus, the couch was not comfortable for watching TV, so I would guess it might not be too comfy to sleep. But the king-sized bed was perfect for us! We also enjoyed being in Dillon, convenient to some of our favorite restaurants, and only a short drive to several downhill and cross-country ski options. (We did both!) The pictures in the VRBO listing are up to date as of our stay.

Good location, comfortable condo
This condo is located right on the shores of Dillon Lake. Has a nice deck over looking the lake and easy walk to Marina, Ampitheater and town. The units furnishings are very dated and pretty worn, but it has everything you need for a basic stay.

Great Views, That's About It
This property has several issues and we were fairly uncomfortable throughout the stay. There is carpet in the bathroom, which is the most glaring issue. It's gross. As others have noted, there are several broken blinds. This causes an issue specifically in the bedroom as the window is at eye level with a heavily trafficed walkway. Also, there is no central air so the unit was fairly warm during our stay. We opened the window in the bedroom which helped but again, privacy was a real issue. We also opened the balcony door, but as the screen door is broken bugs off the lake were an issue for us. Much of the furniture is in need of updating as well. It was very uncomfortable materials and very worn out. Bring your own chairs to sit on, especially if you want to enjoy the balcony.
We also had issues with the property management company. This is a large company, not an individual. Many responses were automated and we needed help getting in the unit as the correct keys weren't in the lockbox. Also, checkin is late (4pm) and checkout is pretty early (10am) and they charge a fee for a late checkout. This seemed entirely unecessary to me, especially since no one was checking in after us. Overall, I found the company frustrating and got the impression they are trying to nickle and dime their way to a cheap rental property.
The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is the views are amazing. If you're looking for a cheap option to stay on lake Dillon, this may work. Just don't expect a comfortable (or private) stay.

3rd Time
We've stayed at this condo 3 different times over several years, primarily because the of the view. It is now in major need of updating though. The patio screen door was ripped, and fell off the hinges on the 1st slide. The patio plastic chairs were discolored and flimsy. The patio door shades were missing 3 shades and don't slide very well. The couch pillows were grimy.. The bedrooms shades were grimy and needed attention. There were no wash clothes in the bathroom. There was only 1 small dish clothe in the kitchen and no dish rag, only a small sponge. The only way we'd stay here again without an updating is if we could get it for under $100 per night.

Good location
Clean property with good location and underground garage parking. Blinds and mattress on bed need to be replaced. Wasn't clear where hot tub or gym are located.
Condo has one covered spot which is very handy in winter snow storms. Location is great for those who move between ski resorts.

Great view and location
The view and location are spectacular. This place has the best view of all condos in the building.
The owners need to touch up the place a bit. Slats in the bedroom and living room blinds are missing. The missing slats in the bedroom provide less privacy than desired. The balcony needs a table, perhaps just a folding table. Eating on the balcony is spectacular if there was a patio table of some kind. Some of the notes left for renters are confusing (put shoes in a basket, combination for trash area, ...). The TVs are rather small especially the TV in the bedroom. The main problem was the unreliable internet service. The HOA provides internet service so the owners do not have direct control. The owners need to request a service call from Comcast. On some days, the internet service was not usable.

Nice property, but some concerns
Nice view, great location! Loved it!
The only concern was that there was a renovation in the building. The balcony was under renovation during our first 3 days. We could not use the balcony during that time frame.
There are for sure cheaper and better places. The TV and internet didn’t work. The VHS/DVD combo didn’t work, so we couldn’t even rent a movie. Called to have someone come and they said they would be there by morning, no one ever showed up. Old outdated furniture. I’ve never ever ever left a bad review some where and I feel bad having to do it, but I brought my kids here and our vacation was cut short because of the condition of the place. Do yourself a favor and find a holiday Inn.
Two friends and I went up to snowboard Breck and Vail. Both resorts are super close and easy to get to. The apartment is walking distance from some small shops and stuff. Out back is a great view from the small deck with a clear view of the mountains.
