- Bedroom 1 - Is on the main level and has a comfortable Queen sized bed
- Bathroom 1- Shower only, no bathtub - beautifully remodeled!

- Features a TV lounge w/ large, comfy sectional sofa, Gas/log Fireplace, Smart TV and DVD player
- Bedroom 2- Harry Potter-themed bunk bed room (2 Twins) and reading nook. Set off of family room area. Kids are going to LOVE IT!

- 4 car maximum - 3 in driveway by the garage off of Park Ave and 1 street-side in front of the house on Ocean View Ave.
- Due to the severe water crisis at Dillon Beach, we are kindly requesting all guests be respectful and conscientious of their water usage.
- NO Smoking of ANY substances in the home & due to High Fire Concerns, outdoor smoking is restricted to paved or concrete surfaces only
