  • Welcome,

    I am happy to welcome you to La Nanou, a quiet apartment of 60m2, "loft" type with fully open spaces, located in the hyper centre of Dijon.
    It is fully equipped and will seduce you for its authentic style.


    You have shops nearby less than 50m away (bakeries, snack bars, Carrefour market).

    The apartment located on the ground floor can accommodate from 1 to 6 people. Whether you come for a holiday, a weekend or a business trip, it is designed to provide you with the best comfort during your stay.

    You also have a private and landscaped courtyard.

    As you enter, you will discover a living room with high ceilings, a living room with a sofa (convertible) and a dining table. A television with wifi and high-speed fibre.
    You will have a fully equipped kitchen with hob, plates, cutlery, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, coffee and tea provided.
    Please note: there is no traditional oven! (Just a microwave and hobs)
    2 bedrooms with double bed (cover and sheets provided), TV, desk, ...
    A bathroom (shower, towels, heated towel rail, hair dryer).

    Access to the entire accommodation, make yourself at home during your stay! I only ask that you leave it in the condition you found it:)

    Regarding parking: the apartment does not have private parking.
    Public and paid parking spaces are located in the same street as the entrance to the residence (allow €4/day)

Nice appartment very close to the center

Good communication with the host and very nice location. The appartment is big enough for a family. With the hot weather it was a pity there was no airco.

Fabulous find!!

Just a few minutes walk to the pedestrian area of Dijon, this was PERFECT for my family of 4. We used it to explore the town, which is lovely, and took the fast train to Paris for a day trip. The apartment is clean, very well stocked with the basics, and everything is comfy and well placed. Couldn't love this spot more! Communication with owner was fast - directions for check in clear and easy to understand. We enjoying breakfast outside in the garden. Highly recommend!!

Quartier résidentiel très tranquille à moins de 15 min de marche du Palais des Ducs- Jolie et confortable condo pour adultes, style duplex à aires ouverts, avec 2 chambres accessibles en empruntant des escaliers + canapé lit à l’étage principale. Cuisine bien équipée et ergonomique. Plus une jolie terrasse privée aménagée pour s’y reposer, lire ou rêver.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, zentral gelegen

Wir hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist sehr ruhig dort und gleichzeitig schnell in der Innenstadt. Die Kommunikation war einfach. Fragen wurden uns schnell beantwortet. Wir würden wieder dort wohnen, wenn wir noch einmal nach Dijon fahren.

Es hat sofort alles gepasst, die Vermieterin hat uns über alles bestens informiert. Die Lage ist roll und das Parken in den Nebenstraßen kostet dür ei n Wochenende auch weniger als 5 Euro.

Très bonne communication par message avec la propriétaire pour nous donner des indications très précises sur notre arrivée. Nous avons loué cet appartement pour deux nuits, avec quatre adultes et trois enfants dont un de 18 mois. Il est très fonctionnel et bien agencé. Il est surtout bien situé car nous pouvons nous rendre dans le centre de Dijon à pieds pour y faire différentes activités. Je recommande

Aux portes du centre ville

Aux portes du centre ville historique, l'appartement est très agréable. L'équipement est parfait et de qualité. Les commerces sont à proximité, le stationnement gratuit dans les rues annexes... nous avons pu visiter cette belle ville de Dijon à pied ou en tramway. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très bon emplacement et très spacieux

L appartement était très spacieux et propre. L emplacement idéal pour aller dans le centre à pieds. Très calme. Manque juste un petit lave vaisselle
