"I emailed the hotel to let them know I would arrive very late in the night and they never acknowledged receipt, so it’s no surprise I had issues accessing the property. The “welcome email” I received before arrival listed a code for a customer portal that linked to a broken URL, but was actually for the property’s outer gate. Why not just call it a gate code instead of a portal access code? They also didn’t tell me where the button was to open the gate when exiting the property, so another...

"I knew it would be “basic” when I booked the “hostel”, but I wanted to stay near Combe Laval for the views. Service was slow and the breakfast was non-existent. We decided only to have coffee in the morning, but the veg dinner option was, surprisingly, excellent and the best thing one can say about the stay."

"Nous avons passés une nuitée dans le tipi indien avec 2 enfants en bas âge. La vue est juste magnifique. Le cadre est idyllique. Joris et Maria nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement et ont été adorable avec nos enfants. Le tipi est magnifique et très confortable et le petit-déjeuner très copieux. Nous recommandons vivement. "Pros: Nous venons de passer un chouette séjour à la chaudière, au frais étant donné l'épaisseur des murs et l'emplacement et ce malgré la canicule sévissant partout autour. Calme absolu et départs de rando juste à côté de la maison. Nombreux spots de baignade très chouettes accessibles en voiture. Intérieur de la maison très sympa, extérieur superbe, nous recommandons sans hésiter ! Merci pour tout Anne !"

"El personal del hotel es muy amable y atento. la comida muy rica . Los cuartos son correctos y las camas confortables pero todo el hotel, y jardin necesitaría mas atención ( limpieza en el restaurante) y renovación . Las fotos de ven mejor que la realidad ."
