"The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the room was spacious and well-maintained. The housekeeper demonstrated great attention to detail and did an outstanding job throughout our stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service — from the moment we arrived, the staff provided courteous, professional, and attentive service that made our experience truly enjoyable."
"Breakfast was amazing - room cleaning staff excellent and beyond but found out the room for VIP was not open - had happy hours drinks available in evening on main floor - was told would have vouchers for the drinks to use anytime of the day - so due to timing of free bar drinks only from 7 - 9 pm only missed 5 of the evenings - 10 drinks due to other plans. Everything else amazing"
