"The staff at Zabel are absolutely amazing—they genuinely try to make your stay comfortable. That said, getting to the hotel is no joke: there are a ton of stairs. "The hotel itself is unique and I stayed in one of the nicest hotel after a long time. The room was like a cave in ancient times which was modernised according to standards.
The receptionist 'Berken' did receive me, and he was kind, and helpful. Because of language barrier it was difficult for me to rotate from one place to another but thanks to him that he did help me out of the box.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who loves rooftop views and drink Chai and wants to stay in peaceful hotel.
