My teenage sons couldn’t fit into their tiny room at the same time. We informed the girl in the pub (reception was closed at 6pm and checkin is only allowed after 5pm.) but she told us to come back tomorrow morning, which we did. We weren’t offered any alternative and were then told we couldn’t have a refund because we hadn’t come back to tell them about our dissatisfaction, which makes no sense because we came back the next morning when they were open and were told we had to email the hoseasons host whom we had booked through, which we did immediately, but then then they also proceeded to say we should have told them?
