"Very well maintained property. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Large refrigerator, large microwave and electric stove. Quality of furnishings and bedding is decent for the price range. Only thing missing were basic kitchen utensils in a room with kitchenette, which mostly travelers won't be carrying with them. A simple saucepan and frypan would have helped. But really decent place to stay with family. Will stay again on visit to Colorado Springs."

"Front desk staff was above and beyond. When kids were playing football in the parking lot after 10pm, I called the front desk and the staff member Yogi took care of it and made sure it didn't happen again. It was quiet the rest of the night. Room was 4/5 good. Some trim issues here and there and a little tidbit of mold or mildew in the bathroom. Very friendly and professional employees. No weird smells. Moderately clean all around."

"The people were kind and the breakfast was delicious. However, the hotel was falling a part. When we arrived, we noticed that the safety latch in our hotel door was broken off. The cable input frame was cracked, and the roof was leaking from the lobby. There was a notice on our door that said turndown service had to be requested. We requested turndown service but they didnt make the beds. They brought us fresh towels and took our garbage, which we are thankful for. All in all, we had a great time, the place just needed some overdue maintenence."

"The hotel was average at best. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant, but the overall experience fell short. Check-in took much longer than expected, and the breakfast selection was extremely limited. With the pancake maker out of service and few alternatives available, breakfast was disappointing for a weekend stay."

"The hotel was being renovated, and this was not noted on the Expedia Website when we booked. We checked into our room, unpacked and found that the TV did not work. They were unable to fix it and we had to move to another room - fortunately it was next door. We were traveling with other family members and had a total of 4 rooms - all of us had issues with our key cards not working and had to have them replaced a few times over 2 days. One room was right over the front doors and our family could hear the doors open and close all night. When returning from an event around 11pm there was a fire behind the hotel. We brought this to the attention of the front desk clerk and were told that the "construction workers are having a cookout"...at 11pm! There were other hotels in this area and I regret my decision to stay here."
