"This property was simply wonderful and perfect for our group of eight. Everything imaginable has been thought of - multiple ways to make coffee, a well appointed kitchen with everything in place and nothing missing or broken. A very modern, beautiful home, and a very well thought out vacation rental. We were very impressed!"

"This is off the beaten path, but it is well worth the drive. A very well laid out floor plan for a family of 5. The hot tub, corn hole, fire pit and of course, the views were all favorites for the family. The hosts were very thoughtful about what a traveling family needs as far as the smaller amenities."

"Very spacious and clean! Love the huge deck and 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms. Quite a bit more driving to Yosemite than we expected, ( 2 hrs to the valley) but still made the best of it. Some feedback would be a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. The hosts were very great at communicating!"

"Excellent place to stay. We had a great time. Best location if you are visiting Yosemite. We stayed for 4 nights and all necessary items are stocked up. It is half hour from Mariposa downtown. there is a small convenient store closer to the property for any urgent needs."

"Great location, We were a family of 5, 13, 15 and 17 year old and it was a perfect base for Yosemite. 1 hour from main Yoseimte valley entrance (if you leave at 0545am like we did) and 45 mins from south entrance. Lovely quiet location. House was really clean and had everything we needed. Miriposa was approx 20 min drive away with lots of restraunt options. Don't let the distance to Yosemite put you off as its excellent value compared to closer options and much nicer. Was also really handy being able to do our laundry. Great washer and large separate dryer ."

"Excellent base for large group to visit Yosemite National Park. We had 6 adults and 6 kids 13 and youger. The unit has five bedrooms plus a loft with two twin size beds. Everyone had a bed. There are three bathrooms, so we were covered there. My mobility is limited and I have to get around primarily in a wheelchair and I had no problems I could not overcome.The unit has a nice pool and hot tub. The kids loved the pool and swam in it every day while we were there. The adults loved the hot tub. There is also a well equipped game room. Members of our family spent a lot of time there as well.The dining table had 10 chairs. When we added a chair from the pool area and my wheelchair, we had seating around the dining table for everyone.The last 3/10s of a mile is a narrow, rough, gravel road. This was not a problem for us because we had a 15 passenger Ford Transit Van and a Ford Expedition. A sports car or a car with little clearance might want to avoid this kind of road.For our own convenience we had plenty of paper products, plus plastic utensils, so we always had plenty of plates, cups, bowls, and utensilsThe pool and hot tub area is nice, but you have to climb some narrow stairs to get there. It is not the most accessible. Using my walker, I went there once, but chose not to try again. Everyone else love it and they spent a lot of time there.We found the unit clean, bug free, and in good working order. I would stay again."
