Dirty, mouldy, and shabby

The main bedroom smelt very strongly of mould. We coughed a lot the first (and only) night we slept there. We then moved the mattress to another room so we could sleep more safely (although we could still smell the mould a bit there. We had to wash all the cuttlery and plates when we arrived, as many of them were not properly clean. And in general the house was not clean (windows, dust, mould and other nasty things in the dish drying rack) and things like the taps, the curtains, the doors were shabby, difficult to use. We would never stay in that location again, and will be less likely to use FeWo-direkt again as a result of this experience.

Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig und bietet eigentlich alles für einen angenehmen Urlaub auf dem Land. Hinsichtlich der Ausstattung muss man erhebliche Abstriche machen. Der Badezimmerheizkörper hängt lose in der Wand. Vorhangstangen sind teilweise defekt und die Mischbatterie in der Spüle dreht sich bei Benutzung mit. Küchenutensilien waren teilweise unbrauchbar. Pfannen und Besteck haben wir uns gekauft. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wüschen übrig. Den Verwalter haben wir die ganze Zeit nicht gesehen. Schade, mit etwas Einsatz wäre viel mehr möglich.

A FEW ISSUES

The property did not live up to expectations. Cleanliness was not up to standard by quite a long way. Kitchen equipment was rather poor and overall the kitchen fittings and appliances were somewhat tired. The garden felt rather neglected. A great shame as the situation and area were lovely and offered some lovely cycling along the canal. Despite the problems we had a peaceful and realxing stay. Needs some serious upgrading, ie handrail on stairs and very steep step into washing machine room. Think of older guests!

We zijn erg teleurgesteld. De foto’s beloofden een mooie tuin en een gezellige cottage. De tuin is niet onderhouden, er staat veel onkruid. Het huisje is niet proper, je vindt er vuil in alle hoeken en kanten. Er zijn 2 kookpannen, 1 deksel en 1 kookpot. Die is niet te gebruiken, de binnenkant ziet er niet uit. Als je de wasmachine gebruikt is er een penetrante rioolgeur. De knoppen van de dampkap zijn vervangen door vijzen. Er zitten 2 barsten in het raam van de keuken aan de voorkant. Dit huis is Belvilla onwaardig…

Sfeervol huis in een straat met grote tuin en omheining maar zonder poort. Niet handig met honden. Fijn dat er een wasmachine is. Verder achterstallig waarvan de eigenaar beloofd heeft het een en ander op te pakken. Kortom: zeer de moeite waard!

Très bien Un escalier d'accès aux chambres très vertigineux (déconseillé pour les très jeunes enfants) Quelques fournitures manquantes mais le loueur a un SAV très efficace (merci pour la livraison rapide des épingles à linge). Location conforme à nos attentes
