After we switched because door would not pock on first room: Nice, clean, comfortable room. Good customer service, if you asked for something.. cleaning service was minimal very little cleaning done during our 8 day stay but clean upon arrival. Had to ask for towels everytime except the time or two our room was cleaned.

I have stated here a few times when I come to Canton for work and I love it here. I haven’t even bothered to try any of the other hotels in the are. It’s clean and quiet. Great location from almost everything.

The staff here was very friendly. Each time I needed anything they got it right away (towels, extra plates, etc.) This hotel was also clean and noise free. Not to mention the free breakfast wasn’t too bad either for a quick bite to start your day. I’d recommend this hotel for business travelers or family travelers!

Frankly was amazing and really helped us with all our needs and made us feel so comfortable! Probably there friendliest and easiest check in we've ever had traveling!! The room was clean and comfortable!

Not the best, not the worst..

The room itself was okay, could probably be updated some. We had an issue with the tv volume which wouldn’t go down, front desk tried to help but was unsuccessful. I did complain about kids making a ton of noise in the next room & front desk immediately resolved the issue. The breakfast area was very clean but the food itself wasn’t the best. Wasn’t the best stay but wasn’t the worst either.

Almost perfect

Room was lovely. Coffee pot cracked they replaced it right away. Bed was one of the most comfortable ive ever slept on. Very friendly staff. The only issue was our room was right directly over the lobby, they played music all night long very loud it was instrumental nice music but too loud. There was a speaker outside which made it louder for us right above them. I called the front desk at 1 am no one answered. I had trouble sleeping all night. I was very very unhappy I had N early morning flight and am exhausted.

Nice clean room. Great beds. Spacious room. A little pricey. Tv remote didn’t work. Had to be let into pool as I’d cards didn’t work to get in ourselves. Price toooo high for room. Pool ladder step broken and cut my foot.

I have stayed at multiple TownePlace Suites in the Detroit area. The location is the best for me. However the stock of items in the kitchen were minimal. When I asked the front desk for more glasses (we only had 2), I was offered the paper cups used for coffee. Granted this serves drink purposes, but I am in town with family and I like to offer a glass drink as I have at the other TownePlace Suites locations. There were only 2 spoons as well. There was no dish washing soap as I have had at the other TownePlace Suites locations. I really like the indoor pool.
